Orders over NT$6000 are eligible for free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

As all our products are meticulously handcrafted based on individual orders, we anticipate dispatch within 20 to 25 business days.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you encounter any issues with your purchased items, we are more than willing to assist in resolving them.

Please contact us at lemoonjewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition when received.

Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The processing time depends on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

如果您對購買的商品有任何問題，我們樂意協助解決

請在收到商品7天內來信至lemoonjewellery@gmail.com 為了符合退貨資格，您的商品必須是未使用且處於您收到時的原始狀態。

客製化之商品不接受退換貨。

退款 收到您的商品，我們將檢查並通知已收到退貨商品。在檢查商品後，我們將通知您退款狀態。

如果您的退貨被批准，我們會將款項退回您的信用卡（或原始支付方式）。具體時間取決於您的卡發行方的政策。

運費 您需自行支付退還商品的運費。運費是不可退還的。如果您收到退款，退貨運費將從您的退款中扣除。
